HIA shines the light on residential development Rivergum Homes

A Coomera residential development has taken out a top award at a recent industry night on the Gold Coast.

The Outlook, delivered by Rivergum Homes, won the Affordable Housing category at the Gold Coast/Northern Rivers HIA Housing, Kitchen and Bathroom Awards on Friday night.

The developer was also named as a finalist in the Townhouse/Villa category.

Rivergum Group CEO Marc Taintey said the company was honoured to receive the award as it continued to expand in to the Queensland market.

The company also has developments in South Australia.

“These awards honour Rivergum Homes’ commitment to building quality housing in Queensland,” he said.

“We are honoured to have been recognised by the HIA as an industry leader … we are committed to delivering on our promise to build more ‘wow’ into every Rivergum home and this award shows our team that we are on the right track.”

The Outlook at Coomera consists of eight, three-bedroom homes complete with quality appliances and inclusions, and landscaping.

Close to Robina Town Centre, the development is described as offering “outstanding value” and a “stylish new take on urban living”.

Steve Kerr Homes took out the Home of the Year category. Other winners included Stroud Homes (Project Home of the Year) and Sunland Group (Spec Home of the Year).
